All-Patriot First Team, Bucci
named to Second Team

Three TCB Alumni have beed named to the All-Patriot League Teams, the
conference announced Wednesday.  Joe Ercolano (Lehigh University) and
Tucker Frawley (College of the Holy Cross) earned First Team selections
and Adam Bucci (Lafayette College) was named to the Second Team.
Lehigh Freshman outfielder Ercolano (Fairfield, Conn./Fairfield) is first in
the League with his .420 batting average, including a .347 mark in League
games. His average ranked him 15th overall in the latest release of NCAA
statistics. Ercolano owns a .572 slugging percentage with 10 doubles,
one triple and three home runs. He leads the Mountain Hawks with 58 hits
and ties for team-high honors with 33 runs
Frawley (New Haven, Conn./Hopkins School) is Holy Cross' lone
All-League member, gaining first team status after a second team
showing a year ago. Frawley ranks second in batting both overall (.409)
and in League games (.434). In games through May 8 his overall average
tied him for 28th in the nation. Frawley has committed only two errors from
his second base position
Senior first baseman Adam Bucci (Trumbull, Conn./St. Luke's) gained
acclaim for Lafayette as second team members. Bucci hit .300 with 26
runs and 28 RBI, while his five home runs were a team-high. Bucci ended
his career as the Leopards' all-time leader in games played with 173.
