"We have a very exciting team and today we never gave up," Team Connecticut Manager Rich Armstrong said. "This is
the most powerful team I've ever been associated with. I've never seen so much talent, not just as ball players, but as
kids."

In the win over Kansas City, Dan Henry of Mystic and Chip Rourke of Jewett City combined for a one-hitter. Brett
Burnham of South Windsor stroked a pair of singles, while Adam Greenberg of Guilford tripled and singled. Brian
