Mike Levandowski

General Manager

Mike has been coaching with Team Connecticut Baseball since 1999. He has coached on 6 teams that were Nationally Ranked (1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005). Levandowski has been the Fall Director for Team Connecticut Baseball since 2004, the program that is now Team Connecticut USA. Mike played his collegiate baseball at Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Management.

Dan Kennedy

Director of Baseball Operations

Dan has been the 18 and under Director for Team Connecticut Baseball since 1997. His teams have finished in the Top Ten each of the last eight years, including a dominating performance on the way to the 1999 USSSA National Championship. Dan is the 18/u Director for Team Connecticut Baseball and also the Director of Baseball Operations for the Connecticut Baseball Academy. Kennedy played professionally in the Chicago Cubs, Baltimore Orioles, and Boston Red Sox organizations.

Bob Hetu

Director of Player Development

Bob is the founder of Team Connecticut Baseball and has been an amateur coach for over 20 years. He has been a coach on six Top Ten teams, including National Championships in 1994, 1997, and 1999. In twelve national tournament appearances, his teams have a combined record of 65-25. Hetu is also the President of the Connecticut Baseball Academy, a major sponsor of TCB USA and Team Connecticut Baseball since its inception in 1994.
 

Kevin Huber

Player Development Consultant

Kevin is a former University of Bridgeport standout where he ranks among the all-time leaders in several offensive categories. Kevin has coached high school as well as college baseball. He was an assistant coach at the University of New Haven in 2004 and is currently in his first year as an assistant coach at Fairfield University where he will work with infielders and hitters. Huber has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Bridgeport.

Mike McGuire

Staff Coach/East Coast Scouting Supervisor

Mike moves up to the 18 and under American team after two successful seasons as the 18 and under Nationals manager in which the team finished in the Top Ten both seasons. Mike was also the manager for the TCB USA Northeast Qualifier and TCB USA World Championship teams. McGuire played his collegiate baseball at the University of Miami and University of New Haven. Mike has a master's degree in education from the University of Phoenix.

Brad Muldoon

Staff Coach/East Coast Scouting Supervisor

Brad enters his second season with Team Connecticut in 2006. He is an assistant coach with the 18 and under Nationals also coaches with TCB USA. In 2005 Brad coached on all three TCB USA teams, including being a co-head coach on the TCB USA Underclass World Championship team that advanced to the playoffs. Muldoon played his collegiate baseball at the Community College of Rhode Island and Central Connecticut State.

Al Cardona

Staff Coach/West Coast Scouting Supervisor

Al is a California native now living in Colorado where he coaches with the Southern Colorado Jets and also instructs at Play at the Bullpen in Colorado Springs. Al has spent time as the pitching coach at Santa Clara HS in California as well as at Hawaii Pacific University. While at HPU, the team finished 4th in the nation in NAIA and had three pitchers in the top five in the country. Al played his collegiate baseball at HPU, where he ranked fourth in the nation in ERA his senior season.
