Tom Deller enters his first year coaching with TCB in 2009. Coach Deller is entering his 13th year as head baseball coach at Naugatuck High School, Naugatuck, CT where he was Freshman Coach for seven years prior. Selected as the ABCA 2004 Regional High School Coach of the Year he has been providing indoor workouts and summer camps for area youth for 18 years. A past Volunteer Assistant for 3 years at Teikyo Post University, Waterbury CT he has been coaching all levels of youth baseball from T-ball on up since 1985.
