Dr. Passaretti has been performing hip and knee replacements for more than 30 years. He specializes in minimally invasive techniques and partial knee replacements that weren’t even imagined a decade ago. “I don’t think anyone anticipated the explosion in technology that we’ve seen,” he says. “Today we can offer patients better function, more pain relief and better procedures.”

Dr. Passaretti, who is married and has children and grandchildren, is an avid art collector. He chose to specialize in orthopedic surgery because of the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life. “What I especially like about my practice is the challenge of seeing people in severe pain, maybe even in a wheelchair, and getting them moving around and back on their feet again.”
