Coach Muldoon enters his 4th season coaching with TCB in 2008. He will be an assistant coach on the 18u American team in 2008. For the past 3 seasons, Brad has been an assistant coach on the 18u National team. He works primarily with outfielders, hitting, and base running.

 

Muldoon played his collegiate ball first at Community College of Rhode Island and then at Central Connecticut State University. In 2001, he was a First Team All-New England selection at CCRI. In 2002, he was named to the All-Northeast Team as he finished 3rd Nationally in stolen bases and 3rd in batting average in New England.


In 2003 at CCSU, Muldoon finished sixth on the team with a .324 average, and second on the team and NEC with 66 hits.  He also led the team and third in the NEC with 14 doubles and led the team and third in the NEC with 16 stolen bases. He started and played in 49 of the team’s 50 games and was second on the team and third in the NEC with 45 runs scored.

In 2004, Muldoon was 5th on the team with a .325 average.  He stole 24 of 27 bases, scored 38 runs, and had 34 runs batted in as CCSU made the NCAA tournament for the 3rd year in a row. Muldoon's teams won 4 league titles (2 at CCRI and 2 at CCSU) and he appeared in 2 NCAA Tournament with Central Connecticut.
