TCB Announces 2005 Coaches
East Hartford, CT — TCB announced its head coaches for the upcoming
2005 summer season at last night's returning players meeting.  At the
13/u team, both coaches will return from last year.  
Bob Hetu will manage
the 13/u Hartford team after a 3rd Place National Finish in 2004 and
Adam
Taraska will return to coach the 13/u New Haven team.
Bill Nardi will be the new manager the 14/u Hartford team as he has
retired from the West Hartford American Legion Program to coach with
TCB full-time in 2005.  The 14/u New Haven coach has yet to be
announced.
Kevin Huber will remain in the middle age groups, taking the helm of the
New Haven 15/u team in 2005.  
Adam McLaughlin will be the head coach
of the 16/u Hartford team after a successful season as the 18/u Nationals
Assistant Coach in 2004.
At the 18/u level, both head coaches will return in 2005.  
Mike McGuire will
manage the 18/u Nationals and
Dan Kennedy will manage the 18/u
Americans.
McGuire's 2004 squad finished 6th Nationally at the USSSA World Series.  
Steve Blinn will return as the pitching coach of the 18/u Nationals.
Kennedy's 2004 team continued its run of seven consecutive top ten
national finishes with a 5th Place finish at the BEST Baseball World
Championship.
Mike Levandowski will begin his 4th season on the
Americans coaching staff in 2005 as the team's pitching coach.  
Paul
Fredette will also begin his 4th season as the Americans outfield/first
base coach.
Complete coaching staffs are still being finalized at this time and will be
announced when they are confirmed.
